MOSCOW, Apr 26 (PRIME) -- Russian gas giant Gazprom plans to raise the reserves by 497.2 billion cubic meters (bcm) of gas and 8.6 million tonnes of liquid hydrocarbons in 2021, the company said in a its corporate magazine on Monday.
“In 2021, Gazprom plans to do 6,647 square kilometers of 3D seismic exploration works, to drill 74,300 linear meters of rock, to complete construction of 31 exploratory and test wells on the territory of Russian Federation," the company said.
The company expects the Kara Sea shelf and West Siberia to contribute most to the reserve increase.
